Great spinach salad! We are in terminal five and as usual in an airport, it can be challenging to find healthy food at a reasonable price... or at any price for that matter. After walking around and checking places out and being overwhelmed by the smell of grease down by the burger place, I had remembered this little spot on our way up the escalator... Thought we’d walk back and take a look. Turned out they had an awesome spinach salad there with chicken on it, strawberries, mushrooms, and other veggies. We got one with chicken and one without and split the chicken... Both salads came to 25... The portion size is huge... The veggies were incredibly fresh and it was awesome :-) I would definitely go back and this hidden gem is great for all you healthy people that don’t wanna eat garbage :-)

The staff is sooo friendly and helpful. This place is in a little corner and not as busy as most of the airport restaurants. Definitely worth looking for!

Good selection of sandwiches, and muffins. The chocolate croissant and coffee I ordered were great! Esther was very friendly welcoming everyone in with “Hi, welcome in”, and sent each customer off with “Have a good day”. It seems easy enough but she was a one woman show, cleaning counters between rushes and taking orders from a line of customers with a smile. the fact that I’m writing this review saying how much I appreciated that says it’s unusual and Brioche Doree is lucky to have employees like Esther who work hard and make customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Juliea was the girl who helped me when I stopped by Brioche Doree in the ATL airport. She assisted me when I needed something specific to eat. She was very eager to help and did so with a wonderful attitude. I’m so grateful I stopped by simply because she helped start my day of travel off on a positive note. Thank You!!

The food was delicious but the service was top notch! They took care of my family so well and their croissant sandwiches were to die for. Definitely eating here again when using terminal A. Keep it up. Super service!

The two staff members working today (March 2, 2024) were wonderful. After walking through Terminal A for a place to get a bite to eat, I was thrilled to find Brioche tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. My sandwich was delicious, and I have no doubt it was so much better than any of the premade sandwiches from one of the countless snack stalls that line the Terminal.

I love the chicken pesto sandwich and chocolate croissant. Gotta come here every time I come through. Staff are sometimes in their own world though.

Summer is such a great employee. She greeted every customer that walked in with a smile and friendly words. The food was very good and well priced.
